Summary
Topics for the final theses can be obtained directly from the lecturers. Please contact us via mail for an appointment.
Final theses available at our chair are from the areas of logic, graph isomorphism, automata theory or learning theory. The topics of the theses vary from practical work such as the implementation and evaluation of an algorithm proposed in current literature to purely theoretical topics. Especially the more theoretical topics use to be aspects of current research at our chair or at least related to them.
Due to the variety in the areas and necessary basic knowledge in those, we highly encourage to ask the lecturers directly when searching for a final thesis (bachelor or master).
From the side of the chair, we also expect students writing a final thesis at our chair to have at least visited one of the elective courses provided.
